Pet Portraits

A pet portrait is, at its heart, an act of preservation. Animals are woven into the fabric of our lives — present in our homes, our routines, our quietest moments — and yet their time with us is always too short. A painted portrait holds something that a photograph cannot: the considered attention of an artist who has looked, really looked, at your animal, and has connected with its character, and rendered its essence in paint.
